Chase is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Harold Lee “Buddy” and Nancy Jacobs of Dover, by her daughter and son-in-law: Tammy and Pete Reagin of Adairville, KY, by her stepdaughter: Brenda McDaniel and husband Shawn of Ridgetop, by her sister and brother-in-law: Connie and George Miller of Georgia, and by her 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Chase, by her stepdaughters: Rita Lockwood and Gwen Kleva, and by her sister: Patsy Rucker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Sam P. She also enjoyed fishing, camping, working puzzles, spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, and just living life to the fullest. Chase was a Genealogist, and after extensive research in her family genealogy she wrote a book entitled “Climbing the Apple Tree”. She was a retired LPN and was a member of Hope Apostolic Church in Springfield. ![]() Chase was born July 24, 1936, in Springfield, to the late James F. The family will receive friends on Wednesday February 1st from 4:00 p.m. (EST) in the Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro, GA.
